Set up Prompt ai to identify users from your ticketing service

When your ticketing service is Samanage, ServiceNow, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, you can pull user data directly into Prompt ai.

  1. While logged in at https://www.getprompt.ai/, go to Integrations > Identity and Access.
  2. Select Use your ticketing service.

Remember: You must first integrate your ticketing service (Samanage, ServiceNow, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus).
