What should I do if I get a message that ActiveX and Java aren't enabled in my browser?

In Internet Explorer, please go to Tools > Internet Options, select the Programs tab, and click Manage Add-Ons.  Next to "Show", first select "Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer."   Make sure all add-ons published by LogMeIn are enabled.  Do the same thing after changing to "Add-ons currently loaded in Internet Explorer."

You should restart your browser before attempting to connect to the target computer again.
