How do I reinstall LogMeIn?

In Windows

Uninstalling the software:

  1. Go to Start > Control Panel.
    • In Windows Vista or newer: Program and Features.
    • In XP or 2000: Add/Remove Programs.
  2. Scroll down to LogMeIn and select it.
  3. Click either Uninstall or Change/Remove depending on your OS.
  4. Reboot the computer.

Reinstalling the software:

  1. Log into your LogMeIn account.
  2. Click the Add computer button and select the product you wish to install.
  3. Proceed through the install wizard.

In Mac OS X

Uninstalling the software:

  1. On the Finder menu bar of your desktop, click Go > Applications.
  2. Double-click LogMeIn. The LogMeIn toolkit is displayed.
  3. On the About tab, click Uninstall.
  4. Click Yes. Uninstallation of LogMeIn begins.
Note:
A reboot is recommended, but not required.

  3. Download the install package (it should auto launch).
