You may have read recently in the news about the millions of social media account credentials circulating around the internet and the threat associated with the availability of that information. To help safeguard against malicious efforts to gain access to your LogMeIn account we have temporarily blocked brute force attempts by means of implementing CAPTCHA.

We understand that the added security steps of CAPTCHA can be frustrating and to that end if you wish to disable the CAPTCHA you can simply change your account password. Here’s how.
