Reassign Meetings to Different Organizers

When an organizer is no longer active in the account, account admins can reassign their meetings to other active organizers at any time. Although webinar or training sessions cannot be reassigned, a co-organizer can start them.

Reassign Meetings in the Admin Center

  1. Log in to the Admin Center at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
  2. Click Manage Users in the left navigation and search for the inactive organizer.
  3. Click on the organizer's name for their User Details.
  4. Under Product Usage, click Reassign meetings.
  5. For each scheduled meeting, click the Reassign to drop-down menu and choose the desired active organizer in the account or choose not to reassign the meeting.
  6. Click Save.
