Using Phone Commands as an Organizer
As an organizer, you can control muting sounds, locking, and recording during a conference call. These commands are summarized on the conference call confirmation email sent to the organizer when the conference call is scheduled on the web. You can also find these commands on the Web Controls page or on the OpenVoice Wallet Card.
To record the conference you must, press and then to start recording. To stop recording, press and then again.
Using Phone Commands as a Participant
As a participant, you can control muting your line and raising your hand to speak. These commands are summarized on the conference invitation email when scheduled on the web or when creating an invite using the Outlook Plugin.
