How do I log in to the Billing Center?

The Billing Center is an online self-service portal where the billing contact for each account can log in and manage the payment and billing information for the account's Specific product in question service.

When the billing contact for an account makes changes to the payment information, billing info, or Specific product in question subscription plan, the way that they do so will vary depending on how their account was initially set up. Most billing contacts can log in to the Billing Center at https://billing.logmeininc.com to manage their billing and subscription info entirely online. However, the billing contacts for larger accounts (referred to as "corporate" accounts) may use a different self-service site known as the Corporate Billing Portal to manage their billing and subscription with a LogMeIn representative.

Log in to the Billing Center

The Billing Center allows billing contacts to add and manage subscription plans, change billing frequency, view and print the billing history for each renewal, and update payment information.

Having trouble?

If you encounter a message, "You seem to have landed in the wrong place. Please contact the account admin to gain access to the this location. We will now redirect you to your account profile" it means you are not the billing contact for your account. Learn more.

Log in to the Corporate Billing Portal

The Corporate Billing Portal allows billing contacts for "corporate" accounts to change billing contacts, edit Purchase Orders, and manage price quotes with a LogMeIn representative.

Note: A billing contact is provided with a User ID (in "user name" or "email address" format, located on an emailed invoice) that allows them to log in to the Corporate Billing Portal. Learn more.

To log in to the Corporate Billing Portal, you will need a billing contact account's User ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, click Reset/Create your password, enter the User ID for your billing contact account, then click Submit to be sent a reset link via email to your billing contact account email address.

Having trouble?

If you are unable to log in to the Corporate Billing Portal and encounter an "Invalid User ID" or "Invalid User ID/password" message, it means 1 of the following is true:

  • You are not a billing contact for your "corporate" account. Learn more.
  • You are a billing contact for your "corporate" account, but have attempted to log in with the wrong User ID and/or password. If you have forgotten your password, click Reset/Create your password, enter the User ID for your billing contact account (located on an emailed invoice), then click Submit to be sent a reset link via email to your billing contact account email address.
