LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console
The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.
The session must be Active.Supported platforms:
- BlackBerry (Service Books)
- Not available for iOS
- On the System info tab, click Services.
- To retrieve data from the customer's device, click Request Services Information. The customer may be prompted to accept or decline your request.
All services registered on the device are displayed.
