How to View Applications Installed on a Mobile Device
LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console
The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.
The session must be Active.
- BlackBerry (Service Books)
- Not available for iOS
- On the System info tab, click Applications.
- To retrieve data from the customer's device, click Request Application Information. The customer may be prompted to accept or decline your request.
All applications installed on the device are displayed.
