LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console

The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.

The session must be Active.

Supported platforms:

  1. On the System info tab click Processes.
  2. To retrieve data from the customer's device, click Request Process Information. The customer may be prompted to accept or decline your request.
All processes running on the device are displayed.
