View application, security, and system events.

The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.

The session must be Active.

  1. On the System info tab, click Logcat.
  2. To view recent events on the customer's device, click Request Logcat.
Logcat opens. Recent application, security, and system events are shown in a tabbed interface, and can be sorted according to name, date, source, event, user and computer.
