Why don't I see any Master Password reset options?

You can manage your Master Password settings (i.e., change or revert your Master Password, or set a password reminder) in your Account Settings.

If you navigate to your Account Settings and find that the Master Password management options are missing, it means that you have a LastPass Enterprise federated user (AD FS) account, and you log in to LastPass using your company credentials.

If you are in need of a Master Password change as a federated user, please contact your LastPass Enterprise or organization admin.
