Why don't I see any Master Password reset options for LastPass?

You can manage your Master Password settings (i.e., change or revert your Master Password, or set a password reminder) in your Account Settings.

If you navigate to your Account Settings and find that the Master Password management options are missing, it means that you have a LastPass Enterprise or Identity federated user account, and you log in to LastPass using your company credentials for your Okta, Azure AD, or AD FS account.

If you are in need of a Master Password change as a federated user, please contact your LastPass Enterprise or organization admin.
