Why do I need to update my billing address information?

We are in the process of making improvements to our billing systems and back office applications to better serve our customers. There are also credit card industry changes coming along shortly that are designed to increase the security of credit card transactions. Having accurate billing addresses allows LogMeIn and the credit card processors to better protect your payment information.

Before you begin: Determine what type of LastPass account you have before proceeding:

To ensure continued service, update your billing information for your payment card by doing the following:

  1. Log in to LastPass and access your Vault by doing either of the following:
    • In your web browser toolbar, click the LastPass icon active LastPass icon, then select Open My Vault.
    • Go to https://lastpass.com/?ac=1 and log in with your email address and Master Password.
  2. When prompted, click Add billing information and enter your billing information.
  3. If you closed the prompt, do one of the following depending on your account:
    If you have Do this
    Enterprise, MFA or Identity account
    1. Go to your Company Profile, at https://lastpass.com/company/#!/settings/company-profile.
    2. In the Account Information section, enter your billing information. Be sure to fill out all required fields.
    3. Click Save Changes.

    Teams account
    1. Go to your Team Account page, at https://lastpass.com/company/#!/settings/team-profile.
    2. In the Account Information section, enter your billing information. Be sure to fill out all required fields.
    3. Click Save Changes.

    Premium or Families account
    1. Open your Vault, and click Account Settings.
    2. In the Account Information section, click My Account > Add Billing Information.
    3. Enter your billing information in the secure form. Be sure to fill out all required fields.
    4. Click Save billing information.
