Why do I need to update my billing address information?
LastPass puts your security first. We now require billing information for your payment card for all LastPass accounts. This information helps us protect you against fraud by ensuring your payment card is authorized to perform this transaction.
Before you begin: Determine what type of LastPass account you have before proceeding:
To ensure continued service, update your billing information for your payment card by doing the following:
- Log in to LastPass and access your Vault by doing either of the following:
- In your web browser toolbar, click the LastPass icon
, then select Open My Vault.
- Go to https://lastpass.com/?ac=1 and log in with your email address and Master Password.
- In your web browser toolbar, click the LastPass icon
- When prompted, click Add billing information and enter your billing information.
- If you closed the prompt, do one of the following depending on your account:
If you have Do this Enterprise, MFA or Identity account - Go to your Company Profile, at https://lastpass.com/company/#!/settings/company-profile.
- In the Account Information section, enter your billing information. Be sure to fill out all required fields.
- Click Save Changes.
Teams account - Go to your Team Account page, at https://lastpass.com/company/#!/settings/team-profile.
- In the Account Information section, enter your billing information. Be sure to fill out all required fields.
- Click Save Changes.
Premium or Families account - Open your Vault, and click Account Settings.
- In the Account Information section, click .
- Enter your billing information in the secure form. Be sure to fill out all required fields.
- Click Save billing information.
