Why didn't I get an email sent from LastPass?

If LastPass was supposed to send you an email notification (for trusted device verification, sharing an item, Master Password changes, etc.) and you didn't receive it, there are a couple of things you can check.

Check your Security email address (if applicable)

If you have set up a Security email address, please check that inbox as the email was sent there.

Check your Email Notifications settings

You can manage your Email Notifications subscriptions to ensure you didn't unsubscribe from an email that you expected to be triggered.

Check your spam/junk email filters

Please be sure that you have added the following as contacts to your email filter's allowlist, then prompt LastPass to send you another email:

  • support@lastpass.com
  • do-not-reply-support@lastpass.com
  • support-replies@logmein.com
Note: If you use Hotmail or Outlook.com as your email service provider, please be sure to add the email addresses above to your allowlist.
