Why are my sites not launching from the desktop app or my online Vault?

If you are encountering issues with launching sites while being logged in to your LastPass Vault via our website (online Vault) or one of the LastPass desktop apps, please be sure you have installed, enabled, and are actively logged in to the LastPass web browser extension. This extension is required to be actively in use in order to launch sites.
