Why am I seeing an error, "We couldn't contact the server. Check your internet connection and try again" then my LastPass session expires in Chrome?
If you are encountering login issues with LastPass when using Chrome, you can delete your LastPass cookies then try to log in again.
- Open Chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/siteData?search=cookies.
- In the Search cookies field in the upper-right navigation, enter lastpass.
- Click Remove All Shown.
- When prompted, click Clear all.
- Restart the Chrome web browser, then log in to LastPass once again.
