Why am I seeing, "Installation failed, error code 1603" when installing LastPass?

If you encounter this error message when you're attempting to install LastPass, it may mean that you already have an outdated version of LastPass installed that should be removed first.

  1. Uninstall your current version of LastPass.
  2. Download and install the latest version of LastPass for your device.

The installation should now complete without any further issues.
