On May 17, 2021, all LastPass Free users will have Basic support (including access to support articles and the LastPass Community). Learn more about these changes.

What Customer Support options does LastPass provide?

Currently, LastPass Customer Support offers the following assistance:

LastPass Free Support Center with Email Correspondence
LastPass Premium & Families Support Center with Email Correspondence – Priority
LastPass Teams Phone Support & Support Center with Email Correspondence – High priority
LastPass Enterprise / MFA / Identity Phone Support & Support Center with Email Correspondence – Highest priority
On May 17, 2021, all Free users will have Basic support (including access to support articles and the LastPass Community), while Premium and Families customers will receive Personal support from LastPass (including Basic support plus 24/7 email support).
