How has LastPass Customer Support changed for Free users?

Please review important changes below to LastPass Customer Support.

What is changing, and when?

As of August 23, 2021, all LastPass Free users have Basic support. This means they have access to support articles and the LastPass Community, however, they no longer have access to 24/7 email support.

To continue having access to 24/7 email support (Personal support), LastPass Free users can upgrade to LastPass Premium or Families.

Who is impacted by this change?

All LastPass Free users are impacted by this change effective August 23, 2021.

What Customer Support options does LastPass provide?

LastPass offers three (3) levels of Customer Support: Basic, Personal, and Business (shown below).
