How do I update my payment information?

Instructions will vary depending on how you purchased your LastPass Premium subscription.

I purchased through the LastPass website using a credit/debit card

You can update your credit/debit card online if automatic renewal is enabled for your LastPass Premium subscription.

From logging in directly:

  1. Log in to My Account at https://lastpass.com/my.php.
  2. In the Premium Status section, click Update Credit Card.
  3. Enter your debit/credit card information.
  4. Click Update Card to confirm.

From the LastPass web browser extension:

  1. In your web browser toolbar, click the active LastPass icon , then click Open My Vault.
  2. In the left navigation, go to More OptionsAdvanced > My Account.
  3. In the Premium Status section, click Update Credit Card.
  4. Enter your debit/credit card information.
  5. Click Update Card to confirm.

From within your Vault:

  1. Log in to LastPass at https://lastpass.com/?&ac=1&lpnorefresh=1 to access your Vault.
  2. In the left navigation, go to Account SettingsMy Account.
  3. In the Premium Status section, click Update Credit Card.
  4. Enter your debit/credit card information.
  5. Click Update Card to confirm.

I purchased via PayPal

For LastPass subscriptions purchased via PayPal, you must update your payment and billing information directly in your PayPal account settings.

I purchased via mobile

For LastPass subscriptions purchased on a mobile device, please see the instructions for updating payment information directly on your iOS or Android device.
