How do I set up Welcome email templates for existing users in LastPass?

As a LastPass Enterprise or Identity admin, you can set up standard or customized email templates to send to existing users to migrate their existing account (that uses your company's domain) to your LastPass business account.

Use a standard email template for existing users

  1. Go to https://lastpass.com/company/#!/dashboard and log in to access the Admin Console.
  2. Go to Users > Add Users.
  3. Check the box to enable the Notify existing users by email setting.
  4. Click Edit preferences next to the setting.
  5. Select the Send standard email option.
  6. Click Save.

Use a custom email template for existing users

  1. Go to https://lastpass.com/company/#!/dashboard and log in to access the Admin Console.
  2. Go to Users > Add Users.
  3. Check the box to enable the Notify existing users by email setting.
  4. Click Edit preferences next to the setting.
  5. Select the Send custom email option.
  6. Make your desired changes to the email template.
  7. Click Save.
