How do I retrieve crash logs from my iOS device for LastPass?

If you are using the LastPass Password Manager app for iOS, you can send crash logs to LastPass Support to help identify the root cause of the issue you are reporting.

  1. Open the LastPass Password Manager app on your iOS device.
  2. Go to Settings > Help and Support.
  3. Turn on Enable Diagnostic Logging.
  4. Tap View Diagnostic Log.
  5. If additional assistance is needed, please contact Customer Care (by clicking Contact Support at the bottom of this article).
  6. Please include the following information:
    • App version (located in Settings > About LastPass)
    • Device information
    • iOS version
    • Contents of the log
