How do I authenticate using the LastPass MFA app?
Once you have registered your account and activated the LastPass MFA app, you can use the app to authenticate when signing in to apps and services that your LastPass admin has configured for you to use.
Please be sure you have already activated your LastPass MFA account.
- Navigate to an app or service that requires the use of LastPass MFA, then enter your login credentials and proceed to sign in. If you're not sure which apps or services have been configured for you, you can check with your LastPass admin.
- A notification is sent to your mobile device, including the time, login page, computer and web browser, username, IP address, and location. Review the information and tap or select Accept.
- Next, you are prompted for biometric authentication. Verify using your fingerprint or facial recognition, then swipe on the device screen to draw the pattern you set up.
- Once authentication is complete, you are signed in to your app or service.
