Access the MFA Admin Console

LastPass Enterprise admins can access the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Admin Console to configure their account for using the LastPass MFA mobile authenticator app with websites used within their company.

To get started with setting up LastPass for MFA, you can log in to the MFA Admin Console, which can be accessed in a few different ways.

Access via web browser extension

Once you have installed the LastPass web browser extension, you can log in as follows:

  1. In your web browser toolbar, click the inactive LastPass icon .
  2. Enter your email address and your LastPass Master Password, then click Log In.
  3. Once logged in, click the active LastPass icon in your web browser toolbar, then click Admin Console in the menu.
  4. A new web browser window or tab will open and display the Password Manager Admin Console.
  5. Click MFA in the left navigation to access the Admin Console for LastPass MFA.

Next, you can add apps for your users, then set policies to enforce the use of LastPass MFA.

Access via LastPass website

If you are unable to install the LastPass web browser extension but still want to access the Admin Console, do the following:

  1. Log in at https://lastpass.com/?ac=1 with your username and Master Password.
  2. Once your Vault is displayed, click Admin Console in the left navigation.
  3. A new web browser window or tab will open and display the Password Manager Admin Console.
  4. Click MFA in the left navigation to access the Admin Console for LastPass MFA.

Next, you can add apps for your users, then set policies to enforce the use of LastPass MFA.
