You now have the ability to sign in to the LastPass Support site, allowing you to easily and securely view support cases submitted after March 31, 2020 in one place! This means:
- No more digging through emails to find case numbers
- No more manual entry to check case status
- Additional statuses highlight the last action taken on a case
- Comments and Attachments can easily be added to a case via email
