Why does the Mobile app give the Error "no extensions assigned" but logging in on the website is successful?

This error means the user does not have permissions to view any extensions.

An administrator can update this setting:

  1. Log into the account online
  2. Click Settings then Users
  3. To the right of the user’s login, a drop down menu will appear for “Extension access”
  4. Select ON for the extensions the user needs access to
  5. Once the user has access to at least one extension, they will be able to log into the mobile ap p successfully.
