Do I have an account number?

Yes! Your account number is actually your Grasshopper phone number. 

To view your number, please log into your account and your number will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

 

If you have multiple numbers and would like to see a full list, please click on Settings>Numbers.

 

In the Mobile App, you can locate the number by navigating to Settings. The number will be listed on the top.

 

If you are in search of your account number because you are porting your phone number away from Grasshopper, we do suggest that you contact Grasshopper support. We can provide you with a Customer Service Record or a recent billing statement, which will ensure that you have the necessary details for your number port.
