How do I download the Grasshopper Connect beta app? 

The Grasshopper Connect beta app is available through the App Store

How does Grasshopper Connect work with my Grasshopper number?

Grasshopper Connect uses your same Grasshopper number but organizes your communications in a new, better way. You do not need a new phone number. You’ll be able to make and receive calls and texts using Connect.

Will I lose any of my current Grasshopper features?

Yes, you won’t be able to edit your push notification settings or call forwarding schedule from within the Connect app. 

How will the early access app change over time? 

Because this is early access, we’re still working on how the app looks and functions. You may notice some features (like email) that haven’t been developed yet - it’s coming soon! Expect a notification when it’s ready. You may also notice that the app doesn’t look exactly like the screenshots, yet. It will soon! 

Do I need a new login for Grasshopper Connect?

Nope! Connect uses the same login you use for the current Grasshopper app. 

Note: You can only be signed into either Grasshopper, or Connect - this is where your notifications will come through.

What if Grasshopper Connect isn’t right for me, can I switch back to the current Grasshopper app?

Yes. You can switch back to Grasshopper at any time. All of your calls, voicemails and text message history will be available in both apps, so nothing will ever be lost.
