Why am I Getting an Error After Registering For a Webinar?
Getting error "Need Help Finding Something"
If the GoToWebinar organizer has chosen to redirect registrants to their own confirmation page, but there is no link saved, registrants will see a page that says, "The page you requested could not be found."
To fix your registration settings:
- Sign in at www.gotowebinar.com
- Go to My Webinars
- Click the Webinar Title , or click Edit
- Click Edit in Registration Settings
- In Upon Registration , enter a URL in Type your link here , or select Direct registrants to the GoToWebinar confirmation page
- Click Save
