Record button is missing from the control panel
When the recording button does not show in the control panel it could be hidden or disabled at the account level.
- While in session click View at the top of your control panel
- Check Recording
- You should now see the Start Recording button under the Screen Sharing tab.
Note: If you have a Corporate Account and do not have the Recording option in the View menu, you will need to contact your administrator order to have the Recording option enabled.
