Procedure

Answer

Cause

The Accept third-party cookies is set to Never when using custom settings for history

Resolution

Change Accept third-party cookies to Always

  1. Click the FireFox menu New Fx Menu
  2. Click Options
  3. Click Privacy on the left hand navigation
  4. Next to A ccept third-party cookies: select Always
  5. Refresh the GoToWebinar page
  6. Attempt to Create a Report again
