When are Follow Up Emails Sent Out?
Follow up emails do not follow any schedule other than when the Organizer specifies they should go out.
Example: If a session is scheduled for 4pm PT on April 19th and a follow up is scheduled for 1 day after, that follow up will be sent at/around 4pm PT on April 20th.
Emails are not sent at the precise time they are scheduled for and can be considered to have a -+15/min spread depending on how many need to be sent.
Emails can be edited provided the last set has not already been sent.
