How To Customize Registration Questions

Objective

Add and customize the questions on a webinar attendee registration page

Environment

  • GoToWebinar

Procedure

  1. Log in to account at www.GoToWebinar.com
  2. Click on name of webinar on the My Webinars page
  3. Click Edit to the right of Registration Settings
  4. Click Questions tab
  5. Check the boxes next to desired questions
  6. Check the boxes for any Required questions
  7. Click + New Question to create any custom questions
    1. Short Answer
    2. Multiple Choice (One Answer)

  8. Click Save when finished
