How do I move a scheduled Webinar to another account?

Objective

Move a scheduled webinar to another offline (multi organizer) account

Environment

GoToWebinar
Multiple Organizer Corporate Account

Procedure

  1. Sign in here
  2. Click My Webinars on the left hand navigation
  3. Click Edit under the Webinar you would like to move
  4. Click Edit next to Organizers
  5. Add an organizer from the same corporate or multi-seat account
  6. Click Save
  7. The original organizer will need to be deleted from the Admin Center
  8. The co-organizer can now sign-in to take ownership of the Webinar from the deleted user

Additional Information

You may always add the deleted user back to the corporate or multi-seat account and all Webinar information will be retained.

The previous organizer of the moved Webinar will become a co-organizer, while the new Organizer will still retain ownership of the moved Webinar.
