How do I move a scheduled Webinar to another account?
Move a scheduled webinar to another offline (multi organizer) account
Multiple Organizer Corporate Account
- Sign in here
- Click My Webinars on the left hand navigation
- Click Edit under the Webinar you would like to move
- Click Edit next to Organizers
- Add an organizer from the same corporate or multi-seat account
- Click Save
- The original organizer will need to be deleted from the Admin Center
- The co-organizer can now sign-in to take ownership of the Webinar from the deleted user
You may always add the deleted user back to the corporate or multi-seat account and all Webinar information will be retained.
The previous organizer of the moved Webinar will become a co-organizer, while the new Organizer will still retain ownership of the moved Webinar.
