Where can I see my account information?
Are you trying to see your account management options? Just go to the My Account page! This will show you all of the information regarding your account, including your subscription plan details, login email address and password and billing info.
From the My Account page, you can do the following:
- Change Your Plan
- Change Your Login Info
- Change Your Personal Info
- Update Your Billing Info
- Change the Display Language
- Why can't I access my account?
- Reset Your Password
- Cancel Your Account
Access the My Account page
You can get to the page in either of the following ways:
- Log in directly at https://secure.citrixonline.com/myAccount.tmpl. This will take you directly to the My Account page.
- In the top navigation, click My Account.
