How do I change the time zone for my session?

When you schedule a webinar, GoToWebinar automatically applies the "default time zone" currently selected in your account settings.

  • To select a time zone while scheduling a webinar, use the Time Zone drop-down menu.
  • To change the time zone for an existing webinar, go to the Dashboard and open the desired webinar. Under About, click the event time and use the Time Zone drop-down menu.

  • To change the default timezone used for all webinars scheduled in the future, see Change Your Time Zone.
