Cancel a Webinar

You can cancel a webinar at any time. For a webinar series or sequence, you have the option of canceling either all sessions or individual sessions of that event.

Cancel a webinar or all webinars in a series

  1. Log in at https://global.gotowebinar.com.

  2. Open the scheduled webinar event you wish to cancel.
  3. Click the More icon and Cancel in the upper right corner.
  4. You'll be reminded that canceling the webinar will revoke all of its registrations. To continue, click Yes, proceed.
  5. Customize the subject and/or body of the cancellation message, and click Cancel & send email.

Note: You will not see this step if you did not have any registrants for the session.

 

Cancel a single session in a webinar series or sequence

 
  1. Log in at https://global.gotowebinar.com.

  2. Open the scheduled webinar event you wish to cancel.
  3. Under " About", click the Date and Time field.
  4. Click the Trash icon next to the session you wish to cancel.
  5. You'll be reminded that canceling the webinar will revoke all of its registrations. To continue, click Yes, proceed.
  6. Customize the subject and/or body of the cancellation message, and click Cancel & send email.
