Where can I find my chat logs?
By default the location of the Chat logs are saved in the My Documents folder on the machine the organizer hosted the session on.
To view Chat Log save location:
1. Right click the GoToMeeting icon in the system tray
2. Click Preferences
3. Select General
The Save in: dialog box will show the file path where chat logs are saved.
If this preference is disabled, or if the organizer or attendee is using a Mac, the chat logs will need to be manually saved from the Control Panel. For more information please see https://care.citrixonline.com/article/000303991
