How do I share my recordings with my attendees




  1. From My Trainings
  2. Click My Recordings in the left navigation.
  3. Click on Upload a Recording
  4. Click Select a file
  5. Search for the recording you wish to share and hit Open.
  6. Once the processing is complete, you can click the Links icon .
  7. Click copy to clipboard,
  8. Then paste it wherever you'd like to share it with attendees.

  • To share recording in a follow up email

  1. Click on the title of the session
  2. Scroll down to the email section
  3. Click edit on the follow up email .
  4. Put a check in " Send follow-up email to attendees "
  5. Select when you want to email to be sent.
  6. Put a check in "Include the online recording"
  7. *** Make sure you have added a check into the Publish on the My Recording page before you send this email out.




Additional Information

1. If you are using online recording, you will need to publish the recording. Under the "Publish" column, toggle the switch to on.
2. Please keep in mind that the registration settings on the training at the moment of the online recording will also apply to the recording link.
3. That if you un-publish any recording, the Link icon will not be available
