Why do I see an "invalid meeting ID" error message?
If you're trying to join a session and encounter a "training ID is invalid" error message, then one of the following might be the issue.
- You might have entered it wrong.
First, try re-entering the 9-digit training ID to see if you might have made a typo.
- You might have the wrong meeting ID.
It's possible that the training ID you have is incorrect. Try contacting the organizer who invited you to the training and asking for the correct training ID.
- The meeting might be expired.
The meeting ID might be from a past training that already expired. Try contacting the organizer who invited you to the training and asking if there is an updated session you can attend.
