How do I unsubscribe from your mailing lists?

Are you receiving too many emails? You can easily unsubscribe from all promotional emails.Additionally, you can choose to opt out of Reminder emails from organizers.

Unsubscribe from the mailing list

We like to keep you in the loop about what's going on with us and our software, but we don't want to clutter your inbox either!

Note: Unsubscribing from email updates only applies to promotional emails, it does not affect account-based emails such as password reset and renewal notifications.

  1. Log in at https://myaccount.logmeininc.com.
  2. Click Sign In & Security in the left toolbar.

  1. In the "Email Subscription" section, click Unsubscribe from email updates, then click Submit on the next page to unsubscribe from all promotional emails. Additionally, you can provide feedback as to why you no longer want to receive promotional email updates.

Unsubscribe from Reminder emails from session organizers

When you register for a training , you are automatically subscribed to Reminder emails and updates about the upcoming session.

  • To stop receiving these emails, select the "opt-out" link at the bottom of any Confirmation or Reminder email.
