Add Logos and Branding

You can customize the look and feel of your trainings by adding company logos, custom banners or changing the page colors. Your branding selections will apply to all catalogs, materials and registration pages on your account.

Note: If you do not see the Branding tab on your Settings page, then you are part of a multi-user account and these settings are managed for the entire account by your administrator(s).

Add and remove custom logos

1. Log in at https://global.gototraining.com.

2. Click  Settings in the left navigation, then select the Branding tab.

3. Under logos, click the Choose a GIF, JPG or PNG file hyperlink to choose an image for your header or banner.

Note: The maximum size for header logos is 160 x 160 pixels (250 KB). The maximum size for banner images is 600 x 400 pixels (250 KB).

4. Select the desired file, then click Open.

5. Click Save when finished.

6. To remove a logo at any time, click Delete under the logo (Caution: this action cannot be undone).

Change the page color

1. Log in at https://global.gototraining.com.

2. Click  Settings in the left navigation, then select the Branding tab.

3. Under Page color, use the color boxes to select new colors for the background, header and font on the relevant pages. Click a color box to open the color options, select a color and click Choose.

4. Click Save when finished.

5. To return to the default color scheme, click the Default Page Colors hyperlink.
