Lag Time Between Host And Client Actions

Issue

When I do something on my host during my GoToMyPC session, there is a lag time before I see it happen in the viewer.

Resolution

  1. Right-click on the My PC icon in the icon tray
  2. Click on Preferences
  3. Click on Performance tab
  4. Move Performance slider to the left (Better Speed) to improve speed
  5. Click OK

Additional Information

Making this adjustment will disable specific appearance settings in GoToMyPC such as Display effects, Desktop wallpaper, Font Smoothing and Window contents while dragging.
