Resolution

  1. Go to www.GoToMyPC.com
  2. Click Log In on the top right of the screen
  3. Click Forgot your Password? below the Password box
  4. Enter the Email Address associated with your GoToMyPC account
  5. Click Continue
  6. Check your Email
  7. Open the email titled GoToMyPC Password Support
  8. Click the link provided
  9. Fill in the fields for New Account Password and Re-Type New Account Password
  10. Click Log In

If you do not recieve an email, please check your spam/junk mail folder and verify you are using the correct email address.
