Why did my GoToMyPC password expire?
Currently GoToMyPC Personal and GoToMyPC Pro accounts do not have password expiration policies implemented.
- If you are not able to access your account you can trigger a forgot password reset from the log in page.
- If you recently reset your password and your browser or device is auto filling the password it may be auto filling the previous password.
- When resetting your password make sure to recreate shortcuts on your desktop and reinstall mobile apps as these will hang on to old passwords.
Note: If you are a manager for a GoToMyPC Pro or Corporate account, there are separate logins for your manager and end user account.
Corporate accounts do have the ability to set password expiration policies, if on a corporate account please reach out to company account administrator for additional details.
