How to add new GoToMyPC client computer

Objective

To connect to GoToMyPC host computer from a new client computer.

Environment

  • GoToMyPC
  • Windows
  • Mac OS X

Procedure

You do not need to install GoToMyPC on your new client computer.
Follow the steps below to connect to your host from the computer you're at now.

  1. Sign in at www.gotomypc.com using your email address and password
  2. Depending on how many accounts you have, you may need to select an account
  3. Click Connect next to the name of the computer you want to access
  4. If GoToMyPC does not launch automatically, click the GoToMyPC Launcher at the bottom of the browser
  5. When prompted, enter the Access Code for the host computer.
