How to use the Single Sign-On (SSO) feature in GoToMyPC?
By using Single Sign-On (SSO), users can securely log in to GoToMyPC from other applications with their corporate e-mails.
We are providing support for both SAML authentication based passwords and passwordless FIDO key authentication in Azure. However, it's important to note that embedded browser host registration is not compatible with FIDO. Once SSO is enabled, local credentials and password reset functionality will no longer work.
SSO works with shortcuts as described below. With the client app, however, SSO is not available at the moment – instead, use your PIN to log in.
Prerequisites:
- Either:
- An Azure Active Directory Premium subscription , or
- An Okta subscription
- An active GoToMyPC Corporate subscription
