How do I view my account's connection history?

The Access Activity Report allows you to view your account's connections for a selected date range. This report will tell you the source of the connection, the time it occurred, the client IP, the type of access and the duration of the connection.

Note: GoToMyPC Corporate and GoToMyPC Pro administrators can run Activity Detail reports for a selected date range.

View Access Activity

  1. Log in to your GoToMyPC account at www.GoToMyPC.com.
  2. Click My Computers and thenAccess Activityin the left-navigation bar.
  3. Select the desired date range.
  4. Click View Access Activity.
