How do I remove an end user on my Pro or Corporate account?
Remove/delete end user
- Login to your GoToMyPC Manager Account
- Click Manage Users on the left navigation menu
- Type the email address of the desired user into the Find field
- Click Search Users
- Check the box left of the desired user
- Click on the Change Status drop down menu
- Select Delete
- Click the Change Status button.
- Check the box if you would like to Send email notification to deleted users
- Click the Continue button
