How do I upgrade or change my plan?

If you are a GoToMyPC or GoToMyPC Pro user, you can log in to your account to view or modify your plan selection and billing options at any time.

To view or modify your GoToMyPC account

1. Log into your account at

2. In the left-navigation menu, select My Account and then Plan Selection.

From the Plan Selection page, you can do the following:

Review your current plan (a)

Add or remove the number of computers(b)

Select whether you want an annual or monthly plan (c)

Note: GoToMyPC Corporate customers should contact their account manager for account and billing related questions.

3. Click Continue and confirm your credit card information.

4. Click Buy to change your GoToMyPC plan.
