How do I add an alternate email address to my account?

You can add an alternate email address to your account in addition to your primary one. This will help when you forget or reset your password and are not able to check your primary email account.

To add an alternate email address, you can:

1. Log in to your account at

2. Select My Account in the left navigation.

3. Enter your alternate email address in the "Alternate Email" field, and then select Save Changes.

Note: You must enter your current password in the "Current Password" field to save changes.

4. A verification link will be sent to your alternate email address. To finish updating your account, you will need to confirm your email address. You will see a notification once the process is complete.
